Dark Horse Enterprises was acquired in December 2023 as part of OWL Services’ strategy to expand its geographic footprint and strengthen its position as a national provider of fueling construction and service solutions.
Established in 2014 and based in Pasadena, Maryland, Dark Horse was a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with specialized expertise in fuel system construction, maintenance and environmental compliance services. The company’s strong reputation for quality execution and reliable field service enhanced OWL’s ability to serve customers in a key growth market. The acquisition also helped close geographic coverage gaps, reinforcing OWL’s ability to deliver consistent, end-to-end fueling infrastructure solutions nationwide.
