Founded in Detroit in 1946, Oscar Larson began as a modest pump repair shop and grew into the Midwest’s most respected full-service petroleum contractor. As the founding entity of OWL, its legacy of customer-focused solutions and its deep relationship with Wayne® Fueling Systems remain the backbone of our national service model.

Established in 2007, WildcoPES grew into the East Coast’s leading fueling equipment distributor. Their integration brought specialized technical expertise and strong OEM partnerships to the OWL portfolio, significantly extending our service reach and equipment distribution capabilities across the Northeast.
