Great Dane Petroleum Contractors was acquired in July 2022 as part of OWL Services’ strategy to expand its general contracting and petroleum infrastructure capabilities across the Southeastern United States. As a full-service general contractor and pollutant control contractor, Great Dane brought deep expertise in turnkey petroleum construction and maintenance services.
The company significantly strengthened OWL’s ability to deliver end-to-end construction solutions in a key growth market with a strong regional presence and licensing across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama. The acquisition also expanded OWL’s capacity to support customers from initial project concept through completion.
The former Great Dane’s region of service is now referred to as OWL Southeast and covers the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama. This team can be reached at Southeast@owlservices.com.
