JBI Electric was acquired as part of OWL Services’ strategy to strengthen its capabilities in large-scale electrical system design and construction in September 2022. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, JBI brought nationally recognized expertise in delivering complex electrical infrastructure for high-demand commercial and retail environments.
A defining element of their experience includes work on large-format fueling and retail destinations such as Buc-ee’s, where high dispenser counts, extensive lighting systems, integrated security networks and high-volume point-of-sale operations require tightly coordinated electrical design and execution.
